Hey scrappers, it’s Sunday Gallery round up and we have some beautiful work to show you !! We are moving towards year end and for most scrappers, it’s the time to plan for handmade gifts and cards for the coming Christmas season. Aside from this, one very big date for most Singapore mums’ is Teachers’ Day on 1st September when our children suddenly realise how useful it is to have a scrapper mum who is able to quickly rustle up a card or two.

Happy Sunday everyone ! Did you see the bumper crop of new arrivals on the Blog for Thursday ? Always remember that scrapping like any hobbycraft is about practising what you have learnt in classes or seen online. Many scrappers express frustration at not being able to scrap well enough or get better at this fast enough. The questions I ask is - what exactly is a style ….. what exactly is good enough ? Having a style and familiarity wth products will come with time. The important thing is to always keep in mind you are scrapping for yourself, engraving moments into a hand-created page and that, is very special and should be your focus.

Happy Sunday all ! Is it too early to get ready our scrappy gifts for Christmas ? Every scrapper says *Yep, I’ll get it done soon, no problem plenty of time ……. !* and lo, before we know it, Christmas Gifts madness smacks us right in the face. Don’t get caught, don’t get stressed, I am here to help by pointing out some great projects in the Gallery.

We can’t say enough thank yous to the scrappers who share their layouts in the gallery because you all truly add so much vibrancy and interest. Most Singapore scrappers are not familiar with photo editing, re-sizing or simply think their work is not of the right ability level and keep many beautiful work to themselves for fear of making an Upload blunder. Consider this a wide open invitation to post - keep the projects coming no matter where you are at scrapbooking and slowly learn the skills of enhancing or framing your projects as you go along. It’s wonderful to see tentative initial project postings getting progressively stronger as months go by !
