What a day it was yesterday!!! We were ecstatic to see so many familiar friendly faces and are so incredibly touched that many of you sacrificed precious time away from loved ones and put off new year goodies shopping to make it a wonderfully unforgettable day for us!!!

Here are some sneaks at what went on a couple of days ago!!

The lovely gals from our Design Team came down in full force to help out with the Make N Takes!!! What will we do without them??? Some of them, fresh off the airplane after a business trip or recovering from a gruelling work week … they all came down to help make this an unforgettable day! They are the absolute sweetest!

We trust that if you came down, you would have gotten to know these swell babes a whole lot better … they are not only talented but truly have hearts of gold!!!

And in our new improved workshop rooms, we had our ‘To Die For’ crop parties where Big Shots (an affectionate term for Made With Love Sizzix members ;) ) completed 3 mini projects with compliments from us for more cropping fun!!!

A couple of Big Shots won challenges and walked away with Sizzix Alphabet sets worth almost $350 each!!!

And what’s a celebration without some champagne??? ;)

And yummy food that Chenta and team prepared with love ….

Of course, the champagne got the better of some ……

Whilst others continued to be steady on their feet as they helped you out with your Make N Takes … hee hee!!!

And then there was more excitement as we unveiled the ALL NEW BIG SHOT PRO machine and SIZZIX PRO DIES … just look at the larger, even more awesome creative projects you can embark on with this ALL NEW amazing machine!!!

But what made it a truly special day were all the warm smiles and friendly encouraging pats we received for bringing this newest addition to you! We wish we could have gotten photos of everyone who came but here’s a few we managed to get of some of you who came down to join in the fun and wish us well! We are truly grateful for you!

A little under the weather, but Sandra wouldn’t have missed this day for the world …

FINALLY!!!! After many days of delay beyond our control, we are finally able to open our newly added wing at PLAZA SINGAPURA UNIT 03-33!!! Just a couple of doors down the same stretch of pathway from our current “old & tired” store at unit 03-21 (which will now have it’s own “reconstructive surgery” finally commence!!! YAAAAY!!!), this new unit houses our brand new workshop rooms as well as our die-cutting centre!!!

Yes, we know maaany of you have been goading us on to take over the stores next to us buuuuut …. they’re staying and we are friendly neighbors so when this new unit became available, we grabbed it so that all of us will have yet more space to scrap and shop from … which brings the combined floor area for scrapping and shopping bliss at Made With Love to almost 3000 sq ft!!!

We’re hoping that with the new wing, you’ll find our BRAND NEW WORKSHOP ROOMS situated there a whole lot roomier, neater, comfier and more fun, fun, fun!!! We reeeeeally appreciate all of you who have over the years continued to come to our workshops despite the cramped conditions with boxes and boxes of stuff being piled all around you at the ole place … … THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

Well, with the newly added wing … (we still don’t know what to call it yet … MADE WITH LOVE 2???? MADE WITH MORE LOVE????) Anywayz, what we really wanted you to know is that apart from new workshop rooms, you’ll have pleeenty of die-cutting fun in our BRAND NEW DIE-CUTTING CENTRE from hereon cos ….   YES! YES! YES! We heard you!!! You wanted a comfy place to pick up your to-die-for Sizzix dies, tools and accessories. And display panels to show you the range of all that you desire to cart home… … Well …… you got it!

And do look out for our February/Mar ‘10 workshops and events schedule which we’ll be releasing on 4th Feb ‘10, earlier if we can, once we sort out a couple of logistical issues. We can’t wait to be able to re-open registration for workshops and have you enjoy the new scrap labs with us!!!

Thank you so much to those of you who’ve borne with our warts and all over the last year as we threatened to break at the seams with the increased flow of scrapalicous supplies pouring in. We hope with the increased space for display at our old unit #03-21 after the renovations are completed, better lighting and more displays, you’ll find it a scrapper’s haven at Made With Love once again!!!

To commemorate the opening of our new place at Plaza Singapura Unit 03-33, we will be throwing a day-long party on 6 Feb ‘10!!! We will have fun complimentary Make n Takes (mini creative projects you can make on the spot in under 5min that you can take home with you), creative demos as well as 2 mini crop parties exclusively for Big Shot members. We are excited to showcase a host of different ways to use the exciting Sizzix die-cutting system for crafting projects to lifestyle and fashion accessories.

Wowowee! Many of you certainly shopped up a storm and pretty much cleared out plenty of items we’ve put on clearance. But here’s more good news! We’ve replenished our bargain area with last piece items and more items that we got at great deals so we can pass on the savings to you!

With discounts of up to 60%, we hope sneaks of these items and plenty more we haven’t been able to photograph will make your visits to our store yet more exciting as we wait with bated breath for our new wing to be fully renovated and then our current store to have renovations commence soon.
