This is a sample of how awesome BASEBOARD is on wood.  This wooden box by Walnut Hollow was sprayed with Baseboard! Look at how nice and matt the finish is!  The chipboard swirls (die-cut from Sizzix dies) were also misted with Baseboard.  To add interest to the box, we added a light clear embossed design using clear embossing powder.

Beautiful effects using Stained Glass!  These acrylic butterflies were die-cut with Sizzix dies then ‘stained’ with the awesome Stained Glass by Tattered Angels!

Hello Scrappers ! Have you seen products you like but have no idea what to do with them ? Scrapbook products span an huge variety of materials and shapes, sometimes we worry about not being able to imagine a project or finish one to our liking. This week the team were given a choice of altering TPC Frames or Ideology Burlap Panels and this was what we did :

Pooi Pooi altering in her free, quirky usual style, and she managed (as she said) to *UN-Tim Holtz* the burlap canvas panel. If you are not into grunge and distress, Pooi Pooi’s piece is an inspired work on how projects can have a totally different feel from the original.

Wendy has a wonderful explanation in her Gallery of how she altered this pretty 12 X 12 TPC  bracket shaped frame  in her favourite blue colour !

I love street scenes of Singapore, and the burlap panel had New York street names with great fonts. First it was lightly washed with white acrylic, then sprayed with Dylusions. The overall look was grungy and edgy, as most city downtowns are.

As you know we are moving to another unit on the same floor and there have been lots of questions from scrappers on what will be happening to the store. Don’t worry ……. we intend to stay around for a long time, we will still be at Plaza Singapura at unit #03-33. There’s going to be a minor renovation, a few days of cleaning and getting the store up and ready for you.  Stay tuned to this Blog for updates and news of more new arrivals !
